The helpdesk and IT office is located in room 209 at River View Intermediate/Middle School.
The IT staff currently consists of 4 Full Time staff members who service a total of 6 buildings
| Bob Summers | Technology Coordinator | spends much of his time finding ways to integrate technology into the education of students. Daily responsibilities change but common priorities are leading, security, WAN/LAN traffic, web, and system/process integration
| | Kelly Wildenberg | Database Engineer | responsibilities include managing/troubleshooting/training of Infinite Campus, set-up/managing Active Directory and filing state reports. | | Eric Piepenburg | Network Engineer | responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing equipment, workstation setup and deployment, setup/testing/installation of software. Maintains and implements Sharepoint throughout the district. Supports and maintains district servers.
| | Travis Bartels | Hardware Specialist | responsibilities include troubleshooting district computers, installation of software, and programming of various applications including the summer school and staff development programs. |
